The Fruitport Boys JV Soccer team beat Fremont 3-2 in non-conference action tonight. The Packers came applied pressure for 70 minutes and the Trojan's had a hard time adjusting. Sean Gieske opened up the scoring for the Trojans with a nice through ball from Noah Packard. Bode Anspach scored in the second half off a corner from Zach Schaefer. Schaefer added the go ahead assist to Sean Gieske (scoring his second goal of the night) to seal the victory. Fruitport gets back to conference play on Thursday, September 12th at Kenowa Hills starting at 5pm.
