The Trojans traveled to West Michigan Christian to play in their annual North/South Challenge.
In their first match they defeated WMC 3-1. Scoring for Fruitport was Ellie Fisher who also assisted in a Kennah VerMerris goal with the final goal coming from Maddie Wescott. In net goal keeper Madalyn Fett had 5 saves.
The Trojans were defeated in their 2nd game of the day by a very solid Harbor Springs team. Madalyn Fett added 13 more saves to her day.
Stand out players for the days challenge were Ellie Fisher, Daisy Haack, Haileigh Christiansen, Sydney Bol, Maddie Wescott, Rachel Zdrojewski and Marina Vela.
The Trojans travel to Jenison on Tuesday 4-16 @ 6:45
